Sololearn needed new ways to unlock engagement, conversion, and product expansion on the market. The team was looking for scalable experiments that could improve acquisition efficiency, increase installs and email performance, validate localisation opportunities, and keep users engaged across different markets and product entry points.
Solution
Beyond the main product launch, we also ran a number of targeted growth experiments across partnerships, localisation, email conversion, and SEO:
- Google x Angular course launch;
- AI localisation tests in Brazil;
- Systematic email optimisation across subject lines and segments;
- Localised app store pages by language and course type;
- Year-end engagement campaign designed to reactivate users during a typically slow season.
Result
The experiments generated strong growth across the funnel:
8,000 sign-ups, 3,000 questions, and 12,000 webinar views from the Google x Angular course;
3–4x higher sign-ups in Brazil with localisation and light paid support;
Up to 20% differences in email OR and CTR across variants;
Up to 33% improvement in ASO view-to-install conversion in some geographies; and an 11% increase in engagement during December–January.
