ChallEnge

Palabra.ai needed to decide where to focus first in theAI translation market. The challenge was to understand which vertical offered the clearest customer need, strongest use cases, and most realistic path to market entry across streaming, events, and healthcare.

Solution

In July and August 2024, we interviewed 13 companies and industry experts across streaming, events, and healthcare. The goal was to understand customer journeys, average deal sizes, critical workflow elements, and the quality factors buyers use to evaluate translation solutions. Based on this research, we created an internal strategic report with Jobs To Be Done, key use cases, expert insights, industry contacts, a slide presentation, and detailed interview summaries to help the team prioritise the most promising launch direction.

Result

The research helped Palabra.ai narrow its focus to the use cases where market entry would be easier and commercial potential was stronger. As a result, the company moved forward with a product direction for streaming and video conferencing, which was launched in February 2025.
