Challange

Launch a new fashion tech brand powered by material science. Find ways to communicate scientific and technological qualities of products (algae fabric, flower down, peppermint oil treatment and orchestrate MVP go to market plan.

Solution

Conducted in-depth market and customer research, refined brand messaging, and helped their creative team with visual identity and messaging, which would explain unique features of Pangaia products and values of brand. Created ideas of Pangaia collective, Pangaia missions and GTM strategy for pre-launch. After this project managed marketing launch with D2C website launch,  ComplexCon event in Los Angeles, collaborations with influencers, press outreach with publications in BoF, Forbes, Complex Magazine and more.
