Spaarkd Growth Marketing Set-up
ChallEnge
After launch, Spaarkd had acquired some users, but engagement remained close to zero and growth was not taking off. The team needed to understand whether the issue was product positioning, audience fit, UX friction, or market dynamics.
Solution
Our approach was first to do an in-depth market research phase, combining competitor analysis with a full product audit. In parallel, we conducted customer interviews to identify Jobs To Be Done, pain points, and UX issues. To validate the most promising positioning and audience opportunities, we then ran a series of Meta growth experiments to test messaging, target segments, and acquisition angles.
Result
The work gave the Spaarkd team a clearer view of what was not working and where the strongest opportunities were. As a result, the company decided to change product direction, redesign the app, and put more focus on B2B promotion as the next stage of growth.
